Two ways of remembering God

Remembering while I work, and sitting down for a full remembrance when I can.

In Rajyoga, "yoga" is remembrance: the soul remembering God. In class I was told there are two ways of doing it.

1. Remembering while I work (karma yoga). Through the whole day, action and remembrance go together. Not a long ritual, just keeping the connection in the background of what I do. The words I wrote for this are loving ones: "my Baba, sweet Baba, beloved Baba".

2. Sitting down for intense remembrance. When I find time, I should sit and do yoga. This one is called jwalamukhi yoga, remembrance like a volcano.

Both, I was told, are needed: the whole day of work with remembrance, and the sitting when time allows.
