I work as a Systems Analyst inside a Managed Services function -- production support, incident management, and platform operations for enterprise clients. That means owning issues when things break in production, not just when they're being built.
Most of what I've learned didn't come from a course. It came from being the person who has to explain, at 2 AM or in a stakeholder call the next morning, why a Sitecore publish failed, why a Jenkins build broke, or why a change window went wrong -- and then actually fixing it, not just describing it.
Over time this will include specific write-ups: what an incident manager actually does day to day, lessons from real Sev1s, and what I wish someone had told me as a fresher walking into enterprise IT.
