Forms required

The entire eVisa application is completed online through the official portal — there is no separate paper form for this route. Business and medical eVisas additionally require a formal invitation processed through Kazakhstan's migration service units.

All fees are non-refundable, and the eVisa is valid only for the visa recipient — it does not extend to accompanying persons, and is not extendable. If your passport is replaced, you must obtain a new eVisa.
