The Crossing

One of the simplest borders on this entire site: no visa, no passport even required for Indian citizens — an Aadhar card is enough to cross. Sunauli sits on the Indian (Uttar Pradesh) side, Belahiya on the Nepal side, about 3km south of Siddharthanagar (Bhairahawa), which has its own domestic airport for onward flights into Nepal.
